For over a decade now, we have utilised a number of different and at times similar methodologies in project management. Having worked with these, we have chosen to develop our own hybrid methodology which takes into account the best of breed together with our working knowledge and experience in using and adapting these methodologies. We strongly believe that what we have developed is a project management methodology which is comprehensive, but not complex, structured, but not prescriptive, usable and adaptable without losing the fundamental principles of governance, measurements and understanding.
