We don’t train our candidates but coach them to improve their company’s performance and profits, therefore their own career progression and remuneration. Purpose
The mentoring and advising relationship is outcomes based and aimed at the building and expansion of business aspirations coupled with it’s selected executives’ professional and personal aspirations over the next 2 to 3 years
